Therapy Group Forming

Hello!  This is to let you know that I am leading another 10-week group which will starting very soon, and you are invited to consider joining.  Description:  This group of 5-7 men and women will meet weekly for 10 weeks for 2 hour sessions. We'll take the opportunity to support each other in courageously meeting the challenges of being human. The group environment will provide a safe context for exploring meaning and happiness as well as connecting deeply with others.  We'll work on actual skills for self-care and mastering the inner critic, also known as the "idea monster."  Cost will be $30 per session or $275 for all ten prepaid."

Also, on April 17, I will be having an all-day reunion session with three people from a previous group and folks from this new group will be welcome to participate.  The cost for that day will be $100.
